Bracken Ridge Baptist Church is currently seeking a Generations Coordinator / Pastor to foster the discipleship for all next generation ministries within the life of the church. This includes ministry to young people as well as their families.

This person would work across all of the church’s children’s and youth ministries primarily, as well as working within the wider pastoral team. This person needs to be a strong leader, with the ability to communicate to a wide variety of demographics and cultures both from the front, as well as in-person. 

There is the option for this role either to be part-time (4 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week) depending on the applicant. The ideal candidate will either be a registered Pastor with Queensland Baptists or willing to work towards registration with Queensland Baptists.
